Middle School Students  |   High School Placement and Transition

• Our program engages middle school students in high school initial conversations and strategic planning for placement, beginning in the 7th grade. 
• We provide assistance with the high school and financial aid applications process. Family meetings, 8th grade planning take place as well to make the transition easier. 
• We conduct high school visits and attending high school open houses.​​
• We work collectively with our students and family to ensure each student is prepared. During the first few weeks of 9th grade. We follow up to see how the families and our students are doing.
