2026 Annual Career Fair

Please join us as a volunteer for our Annual Career Fair!
Our Graduate Support Program includes working with all students at Nativity, grades 6, 7, & 8, on goal setting,
financial literacy, academic planning, and career aspirations.
Our Career Fair offers our students to consider many different career paths.   
Please consider volunteering for an hour or two to share your career pathway or industry!

Location
Seattle Nativity School Library (lower level)
Please enter through the main front doors at
4200 S. Mead. Street, Seattle

Format
Career Fair Volunteers will have a table, chair, and signage, allowing for a display or tools from their career (i.e. medical intern might consider bringing a stethoscope and other medical tools).

Students will attend the fair with their class, and partnered in groups of two or three and travel through the library visiting with each Career Fair guest and completing a career passport.

The timing will be 3-5 minutes with each guest, in a round-robin style series. Our goal is for students to learn something about each guest's career or industry.

Time
Please consider one class or several periods to volunteer:

8:30-9am: Meet & Greet Coffee hour

9-9:50am: 8th Grade A

9:50-10:40am: 8th Grade B

10:40-11:20am: 6th Grade B

11:20-Noon: Lunch provided

Noon-12:50pm: 6th Grade A

12:50-1:35pm: 7th Grade B

1:35-2:15pm Break

2:15-3pm: 7th Grade A
